What is the Restoration Triangle & Why is It Important?
This is a subtitle for your new post
If your project is going through insurance, there is a 3rd member of this party that makes this a little more complicated. Keep in mind that YOU ARE THE CLIENT. We work for you, and your insurance company works for you. All of us work for you.
The entire process will be controlled by you. Despite our assistance and availability, this is your home and these are your decisions. To the best of our ability, we will provide you with all relevant information.
We are a restoration contractor. Due to various State of California laws and regulations, we are unable to offer health advice or insurance policy advice. If applicable, we will provide guidance based on our experience, but specific questions about your health and what your insurance covers should be directed to your adjuster.
You will be asked for your policy number, deductible amount, and whether you have the proper coverages and endorsements, as well as the amounts necessary to cover your loss. We will only review your policy for internal purposes.Depending on your policy, your adjuster will determine whether your loss is covered. In the case of a covered loss, you only need to worry about your deductible, and we will arrange payment directly with your insurance company.
